Shipping

Is there a charge for shipping my item?

No! Any item purchased through The Madison Collection website will be shipped to any address within Australia at no extra charge.

Is my package insured? Is it safe for my piece to be shipped?

Yes! We will ensure every piece shipped is covered to give you piece of mind should anything happen during the delivery process. All purchases will require a signature on delivery.

How long will delivery take?

Providing the piece you are purchasing is available, and we don't have to order it in, then delivery should take anywhere from 2-7 business days once dispatched. While The Madison Collection will take every measure possible to ensure you receive your delivery in a short timeframe, we are unable to take responsibility for timeframes or late deliveries made through third parties we use for shipping.

Do you ship to a PO Box address?

For security and protection, we are unable to ship to a PO BOX address. We do require a physical address for shipment.

Do you ship internationally?

We can organise to ship a piece to any physical address in the world. Please contact us directly to discuss international shipping and any associated charges.

What happens if I need an item asap?

The Madison Collection will assist you in any way within our means to get a piece to you when required. If you have a piece needed by a specific date, please let us know so we can do everything in our power to ensure we make this date for you. We also have click and collect if you need a piece immediately.

What happens if I’m not home when my package is delivered?

If no one is home when your Madison Collection piece, you will receive a notice card for collection. This will have special instructions on how and where to collect your delivery. We recommend you collect your delivery as soon as possible to avoid the courier/shipment being returned to us. Any returned item made to The Madison Collection for non-collection will incur a shipment fee should this need to be shipped again.

In what packaging will be my items be sent?

Any piece purchased through The Madison Collection website will be boxed in our signature Madison Collection packaging. This will then be placed in an unmarked post box or post bag for shipping.

Can I ship to an address that is different to my billing address?

Yes! Please complete the details required in the shipping section in order for us to send to the recipient.

My order is for a surprise gift. Can you help organise this?

The Madison Collection will do everything in our power to ensure your surprise remains a surprise. Please be aware, there may be some circumstances beyond our control that may inhibit this. To ensure your surprise purchase remains a surprise, please indicate to us that this is a gift so our team is aware!

Absolutely! Our exclusive partner LeGassick offers our very own click and collect service! We want to provide you with the opportunity to shop from the comfort of your own home, and come into the store to view and collect your very own Madison Collection jewellery piece. We want to give you peace of mind to view any piece you buy before you take home your very special Madison Collection piece.

If your Madison Collection piece is in stock at the time of us receiving your order, this may be available to collect at your preferred LeGassick showroom within 24 hours.

To take advantage of our click and collect service, please select and follow the prompts to buy your chosen Madison Collection piece. Once your cart has loaded with the details, you will be able to select 'Pick up' in your store of choice. We will notify you via email when your piece is ready to collect.

Warranty

Warranty or Consumer Guarantee Returns

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Where applicable, we will meet our obligation to provide a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. Full details of your consumer rights may be found at www.consumerlaw.gov.au.

Any defects in material and/or workmanship that become evident will be remedied by The Madison Collection. The form of remedy will be a repair, replacement, or refund depending on whether the defect is a major or minor failure. The Madison Collection reserves the right to have the final decision on the defect assessment as well as the form of remedy.

In order to claim a remedy, the items must be returned for assessment and accompanied by the original purchase receipt or other acceptable proof of purchase.

The The Madison Collection Guarantee does not cover loss or damage caused by:

Damage due to ordinary wear and tear;
Misuse, accident, alteration, substitution, or abuse;
Repairs or alterations performed by someone other than The Madison Collection;
Theft, disappearance, or loss (including loss of gemstones).
Again, The Madison Collection reserves the right to judge and determine whether the jewellery has been subject to any of the above-mentioned exclusions.

White gold and some silver jewellery are rhodium-plated to enhance its appearance. This plating is not permanent and can wear off during normal wear and tear; therefore, any wear and tear of rhodium plating is excluded from our Guarantee.

If you are wanting to ensure a piece is available for immediate delivery or collection, we recommend you contact us directly so we can assist you with your chosen Madison Collection piece.

What if I need to resize my ring after purchasing?

We will resize your ring at no charge to ensure the fit is correct.

The complimentary resize is within the first 30 days of purchase, and not after the ring has been worn for a period of time. This applies to any ring purchased online through our Madison Collection website.

I saw a ring on your website… can I try it on?

We understand how important it is for our customers to see and feel jewellery – in particular when shopping for an engagement ring.

Here at The Madison Collection, we offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase. In fact, we are confident that you’ll be so impressed by the quality of our pieces that we offer a money-back guarantee on any piece ordered directly through our website! We want you to love your Madison Collection piece! If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your piece. We will work with you to adjust or replace your piece to ensure you love it! If we are unable to achieve this, we will refund your money.

Returns

Change of mind policy

Items purchased from The Madison Collection’s online store may be returned within 14 days of the date of purchase to a LeGassick showroom, or to our head office for a full refund, exchange, or a LeGassick gift card of equivalent value. Any refunds will be processed to the same credit card used to purchase the merchandise.

Merchandise must be in “as new” and saleable condition and accompanied by the original sales receipt and original packaging, including guarantees and appraisals.

We will not refund or reimburse any costs incurred by you to return the items to us, including any shipping or insurance charges, unless the item is faulty. Any refunds will be processed to the credit card used for the payment method made for the original purchase and will be processed within two weeks.

The following items are ineligible under our Change of Mind Policy:

Any and all Sale items. All “sale item” sales are full and final.

Earrings, resized rings (whether resized as part of the purchase or after purchase), engraved items, or made-to-order items. In the interest of health and safety, customised merchandise, special orders, pierced earrings, and body jewellery are not eligible for return for change of mind.

Merchandise with a purchase price of over $1000 will be forwarded to our Head Office for assessment before a refund, exchange, or Gift Card can be offered, which may take up to 10 working days for assessment. You will be notified via email once this has been processed.

The Madison Collection will not refund or reimburse any costs incurred by you to return the items to us, including any shipping or insurance charges, unless the item is faulty.

Exchange
We want you to love your Madison Collection piece. If you are unhappy with the colour, size, fit, or some other reason, please contact us as we may be able to exchange within 30 days for something you will love.

Damaged and Used Items
Returned pieces must be undamaged and in new and unused condition. Items showing signs of wear or alteration by a jeweller (with the exception of LeGassick) will not be accepted.

Please note - we recommend any item being returned to The Madison Collection be sent via Express Post or with a registered courier, and be accompanied by a tracking number. This is to be done at the sender’s cost. Any item returned to The Madison Collection is the responsibility of the sender until The Madison Collection receives the item to be returned.
